-
Client:
Indian Railways
-
Scope
Covering 807 stations across 7 states and 15 divisions
Project Execution:
The project commenced with meticulous site surveys at each station, essential for crafting precise and functional design drawings. Our deployment strategy capitalized on the strength and coordination of over 100 dedicated professionals, organized into multiple teams working concurrently across different zones. This structured approach ensured that our efforts were not only efficient but also adhered to the highest standards of compliance and quality, thanks to our continuous liaison with RAILTEL and railway officials.
Technical Work:
Our technical tasks were diverse and comprehensive, involving:
- Civil Work: This included platform cutting, trenching for cable paths, and detailed earthing procedures.
- Fabrication and Installation: Our teams expertly handled the installation of PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras on strategic poles, ensuring optimal coverage and functionality. The project also included rack and UPS installations, along with meticulous switch and camera setups.
- Connectivity: A critical aspect of our work involved establishing robust connectivity through backbone fibre networks and precise fibre splicing, integrating each station into a cohesive surveillance network.
Material Management:
Managing logistics for such a vast project was a challenge that we met with proactive and strategic planning. Our operations included the management of multiple warehouses, ensuring a steady and reliable supply of materials throughout the duration of the project. This not only supported uninterrupted work flow but also upheld our commitment to meeting project timelines and specifications. Through this project, we have set a new standard for ourselves in the IT-Infrastructure space, reflecting our commitment to delivering sophisticated, reliable, and high-quality infrastructure solutions.
